• Audio files from specified Google Drive folders
• Transcripts temporarily stored in memory
• Draft emails in Gmail

Data Usage

• Audio-to-text conversion via OpenAI Whisper API
• Email draft generation in Gmail
• No persistent storage of user data

Third-Party Services

• Google APIs:
  • Drive API: File content reading
  • Gmail API: Draft management and sending
• OpenAI API: Speech-to-text processing

User Rights

• Revoke access anytime via Google Account Settings
• Request data deletion by contacting privacy@WORKFLOWAI.TOP

Google API Data Handling

• Drive API: Only reads audio files from specified folders, does not store or share file content.
• Gmail API: Only sends email drafts after user confirmation, does not access other email data.
• All data is accessed temporarily through OAuth 2.0 tokens, and permissions are revoked immediately after completion.
